Dr.360: What are fangirs?

I won't t color it since I do not know how to do it.
i'm terriable at coloring using digital tools, but I'm not so terriable at traditional art....I guess?

His name is 360, I guess some of you might know it...
the reason I love him because he dress in green!!!
but I don't do colors so it is pointless
